The Minnesota PRIMA Board of Directors and your meeting sponsor, CorVel, invite you to join your fellow MN PRIMA members and other attendees for networking and a fabulous lunch.

Risk Managers play a critical role in managing change across an organization.  In this presentation Jake Blersch will provide change management tools and strategies that our members can bring back to their organizations and start using right away. This presentation will blend research-backed strategies with real world examples. The goal of this presentation will be for each of our members to leave with several strategies to make them more confident as a change agent within their organization.

Presenter – Jake Blersch, Risk Manager Stearns County

Jake Blersch is the Risk Manager for Stearns County. A proud Gopher, Jake graduated from the University of Minnesota with dual degrees in Human Resource Development, History, and a minor in Leadership. Jake spent time assisting with change and leadership research at UMN and has a Managing Change Certification from Rassmussen University. Prior to his time at the County, Jake was a Human Resources professional for Fleet Farm, where he would be brought into stores and distribution centers to help foster organizational or cultural shifts.
